PRODUCTION & ILLUSTRATION

SPIRE SEATTLE LUXURY CONDOMINIUM

Seattle’s latest luxury condominium high-rise has hit the skies. A visual experience only Spire Seattle can offer. Located on the Denny Triangle boundary, Spire offers a premium panoramic view of the Space Needle with incomparable amenities and residential homes.

ROLE  & EXECUTION

The project includes a short time-lapse film of the building and how light gathers and lives through the unit inside the building. Shot and edited on DSLRs and Adobe software. Other tasks includes designing ad banners, and emails. The concept of the campaign included illustrations to depict the various advantages of the building.

B-BAR CAFE & BAR BELLEVUE

A chic addition to Bellevue’s historic Old Main district. From morning coffee to late night tapas, B-Bar bridges the many lifestyles on the strip. Enjoy a bespoke dining experience while savoring a modern take on global cuisines.

ROLE  & EXECUTION

I designed and developed the B-Bar website on the WordPress platform. Site wireframed on Adobe software. All photographs for food and interior was shot on DSLRs and edited on Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.

MERCER ZIMMERMAN

Experts with all things lighting. Mercer Zimmerman lighting designs can be found at many of Kansas City’s iconic architecture, museums and across four midwestern states.

ROLE  & EXECUTION

Mercer Zimmerman website was concepted and designed by me, and development was done externally. The concept of the project was to display the various buildings of Mercer Zimmerman and be interactive by allowing visitors to turn on and off the lights of the buildings. Buildings were photographed and edited on Adobe software. A series of short films were produced highlighting the building through time-lapse.

BOMA JEWELRY

Seattle base silver jewelry company with a forty year long history in the industry. Boma refocuses on its core mission, to leave the planet better than how we’ve found it. To rebrand and capture a generation that puts our environment first.

ROLE  & EXECUTION

Contracted to update BOMA photography and branding. The brand with over 40 years in business wanted to compete with the current market of jewelry makers. Through the new concept and marketing goals, we photographed the products on younger models, with an updated color palette to meet the social standard. Branding and photography was done by me.

GRAYSTONE LUXURY CONDOMINIUM

Located on Seattle’s historic First Hill, Graystone offers an interesting juxtaposition to the landscape. Interlacing the modern lifestyle within a neighborhood rich in culture and history.

ROLE  & EXECUTION

My responsibilities for the Graystone project circles web design, web development, video, and photography. Designing the site within a tight deadline with the tasks of also producing the web content made this project a challenge. Site was developed. onthe WordPress platform and contents were optimized, and produced on Adobe software.

At the intersection of Downtown Bellevue’s vibrant retail core and the Eastside’s prestigious residential neighborhoods, Altaire offers distinctive high-rise residences for those who “live Bellevue”. The stunning high-rise blends traditional comforts with modern flair

ROLE  & EXECUTION

The Altaire excersize was developed for a new condominium, and my logo development was chosen out of the bucket of hundreds. I then further the progression of the brand and created a brand look with designed collateral and online marketing material such as email, graphics, and covers.
